Physician’s Wellness Office Visit Benefit

Wellness benefits are typically covered in full by a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act or through Medicare programs.  This benefit provides a cash benefit to you for receiving routine wellness care even when your major medical plan pays for physician’s charges.  The wellness benefit does not have a provider network, so you may see any doctor for your wellness care – even someone outside of your major medical plans provider network.

Benefit pays a daily amount selected at enrollment for a covered person associated with wellness visits and diagnostic testing as defined in the policy certificate.
